Approachability:
The Congress Centre is situated in the heart of Szeged, in Ady square. For our guests arriving from Budapest, we offer the following route: Kossuth Lajos boulevard, Párizsi boulevard, Londoni boulevard, Moszkvai boulevard, Bécsi boulevard and Alföldi street. For our guests arriving from Baja, the following route would be the best: Kálvária boulevard, Moszkvai boulevard, Bécsi boulevard and Alföldi street, while for those arriving from Debrecen or Miskolc, we offer: Algyői road, József Attila boulevard, Brüsszeli boulevard, Berlini boulevard, Párizsi boulevard, Londoni boulevard, Moszkvai boulevard, Bécsi boulevard and Alföldi street. Visitors coming by train should take the tram no.1. (get off at Aradi Vértanúk square), while guests arriving by bus should take the bus no. 83 (get off at the Health Centre called SZTK). Promotion:
The Congress Centre was handed over in December, 2004. The Congress Centre, which is unique in the euroregion, gives home to national and international conferences, university and business events as well as to cultural and charitable programmes such as concerts, exhibitions and receptions and balls.



The Centre with a seating capacity of more than 1300 persons has a Congress Hall which can hold 685 persons, 3 large lecture rooms, 3 seminar rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a video conference room, an exhibition area of about 170 m2 and an Atrium of more than 1000m2. The latter one is also suitable for exhibitions in SYMA system, receptions (about 500-700 persons) and gala dinners (about 700-800 persons).

There is an underground garage for 180 cars in the basement. The Congress Centre is air-conditioned and suitable for disabled people too.

Special offer:
The company operating the University Café of the Centre provides catering service, but it is also possible to take advantage of the services of further companies. Meals can be served on more spots. In case of a reception with round tables the Atrium can seat 550 persons. Further 150 persons can be seated in the exhibition area around square-cornered tables. In the Congress Centre there are: 35 piece round tables for 10 pax, more then 200 smaller tables, 10 square-cornered tables, and more then 550 mobile and 685 fix conference chairs.
