About us

Semmi Extra & Egy kis kert have opened its doors at another great spot in Buda and tries to keep up with the legendary RÉGI SIPOS HALÁSZKERT (restaurant) as its worthy successor.     •     As a sign of respect, apart from our usual food and drink offers, a selection of fish dishes, which can be eaten in the garden in the case of nice weather, have earned their place in the menu that changes every month. Child and animal friendly place welcomes the guests.    •    We opened the “Big Brother” of our restaurant in 2016 in order to make our services available for the existing and future customers at this part of Buda as well.    •    Not only the friendly garden area but the huge indoor space, inclusive of meeting rooms, can be ideal to hold dinners, weddings, birthdays and other events.    •    Thanks to the right size space we can make our guests’ stay more comfortable by having built a kid’s corner, and an indoor and outdoor bicycle-shed.    •    We pay special attention to the quality of our food and drink selection therefore the pastries are made locally in order to be fresh and tasty.    •    During the week we welcome our customers with lunch menu. Every single day our Extra Offer can have a surprize for those enjoying a traditional “Fish soup” or “Túrós csusza”. Semmi Extra Restaurant is a good choice, even if you want to have a breakfast before work as we are open from 9.00am every morning and welcome our guests with several fresh foods. Those who only want to have a nice cup of coffee can get it for 220HUF until daily midday. We look forward to welcoming you!
