HUNGEXPO is suitable for conferences, congresses, gala events, exhibitions and large-scale events for up to 10,000 people. With its 75 000 m2 of event space, 7 exhibition pavilions and congress centre, HUNGEXPO is the perfect venue for scientific conferences, congresses, galas, exhibitions and other large-scale national and international events. Nowhere else in the country can you find such a complex service system - from parking and IT support to the halls and pavilions on offer - as at HUNGEXPO. The multi-functional venue design allows for the only conference hall in the country capable of accommodating up to 10,000 people. All this is located in the heart of Budapest, at a major transport hub, yet in a 36-hectare green belt with lush parks and an orderly environment that provides an unrivalled venue for any event.

Services, opportunities

Various national and international events are hosted in the 7 exhibition pavilions and the congress centre, spread over 36 hectares of 75 000 m2 of exhibition space. The Congress Centre is Hungary's number one large-capacity conference centre in terms of size, complexity and service quality. It offers a total of 15 000 m2 of event space on three levels. A special feature of the venue is the three-part plenary hall on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 2,000 people and can be fully customised with the Gala retractable seating system.

Accessibility

By car, the site can be reached from the city centre on the Kerepesi út - Albertirsai út route. Parking is provided in the Hungexpo area and on Albertirsai út, which is free of charge during the event, while the guard required for the operation of the event is subject to a fee. The most convenient way to get to Hungexpo by public transport is to take bus number 10. The bus leaves from Örs vezér tér and stops at almost all gates. Bus 10 runs in frequent intervals during the events.
