About us

A special event location above the city✨ Rooftop City Residence is an accommodation with unique features, which can be an excellent choice for various conferences, workshops, exhibitions, team building or wine tasting events and other events as well. The venue, consisting of spacious terraces and an event hall, is located on top of a shopping center, as the name suggests. With its beautiful view and carefully designed garden, it can provide an unparalleled atmosphere for any event.

Accommodation

Our accommodation is located on the Pest side of Budapest, a few minutes' walk from the Keleti railway station and the city center, which gives our guests a great opportunity to explore the city. Our quiet rooftop garden is the perfect place to relax or have a beer with friends.The Rooftop City Residence has 19 rooms, so it can accommodate 40 people at a time. Our guests can choose from five room types. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, mini fridge and safe. Our Deluxe, Executive and Family rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine and a 43" smart LED TV for perfect comfort. There is also a guarded underground garage in the building.

Services, opportunities

Our accommodation offers a lavish buffet breakfast every morning, and a rooftop bar is also available. The comfort of our guests is also guaranteed by our transfer service. Catering is provided during the events, the composition and form of it, is a matter of agreement. Huge TVs are available in the event hall as well as on the roof terrace, so presentations and lectures can easily be held. Sound technology is also available on site (with wired and wireless solutions), for which expert staff is available.

Extras

Our rooftop garden conjures up a special atmosphere, where a garden cinema is available in the evenings. In addition, we welcome our guests with sunbeds, garden seating, as well as ice creams and cooling cocktails.

The Keleti Railway Station is the nearest (5-minute walk) public transport stop, where metro line 2 (M2) metro line 4 (M4) and buses (5, 7, 7E, 8E, 20E, 30, 30A, 108E, 110, 112, 133E, 230, 907, 907A, 973, 973A), trams (23, 24) and trolleybuses (73, 76, 78, 79, 80) are available. Városliget (where the popular Széchenyi Spa, Vajdahunyad Castle, Air Balloon, Városliget Ice-ring, Csónakázó tó, Hősök tere, Zoo and Botanical Garden, House of Music are located) is also a short walk from us.
