About us

Meeting, function and assembly rooms can accommodate from 10 participants up to a total of 280. Integrated design and flexible partitioning systems allow for maximum convenience in terms of space and layout. Several small-scale events can be held simultaneously, or alternatively, attendees can opt for large general meetings. The Center’s Conference Planner can assist with the most complex event needs, including program planning, seating, catering and technical support. Our flexibly laid out meeting areas are air-conditioned, provide internet connection and all have the latest audio-visual equipment.

Accommodation

The CEU Konferencia Központ has 424 air-conditioned rooms. 23 standard rooms and 10 apartments on the 10th floor are equipped with flat screen TV, telephone and free WiFi.

Accessibility

By car: The CEU Conference Center is easily accessible on Kerepesi street, which starts at the Eastern Railway Station. We are located for 30 minutes from the Ferihegy International Airport and the Hungexpo can be reached in 15 minutes from the Conference Center. There is space for a maximum of 15 cars in our guarded parking lot. In the surrounding streets you can park for free. By public transport: Our Conference Center is accessible in 5-6 minutes from the „Örs vezér tér” metro station (final station of the number 2 metro line) just taking bus number 276E, or 44 or 45. You have to get off the bus at the „Egyenes utcai lakótelep” bus stop, which is right in front of us.

We offer a wide range of catering services for events taking place at the CEU Conference Center, such as coffee breaks, served or buffet meals and weddings. Our self-service restaurant is awaiting you with Hungarian and International cuisine.
